i started work today....

and i woke up late. hahaha. but reached work on time cos i skipped breakfast.
was suppose to have breakfast with my parents b4 they sent me to work on my 1st day one.
*oops*

spent the 1st half of the day going thru briefings which i dozed off in.. *oops*,
and went to take picture for my company pass,
had a small tour around the company bldg.....

and met my department people.

i still suck at names and i can't remember the names of many i met today. :<

good thing is my dept ppl seems quite nice, i went for lunch with them today.

but i dun understand what they were chatting about... they were chatting about work lah.. and their lingo.. very chim. i catch no balls at all

after lunch, the girl who is leaving this week, the same girl i'm suppose to replace, went thru some of the stuff she's doing (which means i'm suppose to be doing in future) and i SERIOUSLY catch no ball. all the weird names for the different stuff. like ABC123 is one pdt and blah blah blah. so not user-friendly their nomenclature!!

i am SO SO SO SO SO SO SO not used to waking up so early in the morning bcause i was trying to LOOK awake most of the times in the day. and my company is VERY STRICT with security, probably because of some bad experience with information leakage... external websites are strictly blocked in the computer system!

that means, no MSN, no Gmail, no Hotmail, no ICQ, no NUSmail........... NOTHING.

and we ain't even suppose to bring thumbdrives, portable hard disks, laptops... into the company premises!

i never expected that! at least my phone can listen to radio and mp3.

actually my phone can also act like a thumbdrive, but they dun need to know that. =P

i got a spanking new computer mid-day, just when i was so frustrated with the stupid old computer which had so much dust on!

i wonder how life for me would be in future.

i'm typing like a half asleep zombie now.

for the first time, mahjong wasn't enjoyable.... cos i was so so tired.

oh i dink i didn't mention i played mahjong w my family juz now again.
lost money :<

i HATE sitting after my father during mahjong!

he will just discard tiles which i have previously discarded, to prevent me from winning, even at the expense of his own winning.
