i was just thinking.....

would you prefer your spouse to be

1. always hard at work, so much so that you hardly see him/her... or maybe he/she is overseas like 80 - 90% of the time... but he/she brings in the money, in fact, alot of money. He/she is a responsible spouse, loves u dearly, doesn't have a mistress/xiao bai lian somewhere out there.

However, he/she does not love/care for you. you can go and have a mistress/xiao bai lian on ur own, nobody's going to care....
   
   
3. always there for you, whenever you need him/her, he/she will be "within reach". However he/she doesn't earn alot... in fact, the household is dependant on your income. Nevertheless, he/she is a responsible spouse and loves you dearly.

Basically its a choice between love and money and time together/attention. I didn't put some combinations bcos it doesn't make alot of sense..... to me lah.
